Refund policy

Every order starts with a digital proof. Nothing is printed, cut, or packed until you have seen your design and told us it is right.

Before you approve your proof

• Ask for as many revisions as you need.
• Cancel at any time for a full refund — no reason required.
• Nothing has been produced yet, so there is nothing to send back.

After you approve your proof

We start making your pieces. Because each one is printed and cut to your design, we cannot cancel the order or accept a return from this point on.

If something is wrong when it arrives

If your order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you in full.

How to cancel or report a problem

Reply to your proof email, or write to info@momentkeepsgift.com with your order number. We reply within one business day.
