Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Tracking is shared when the package ships. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, so please leave extra time for international orders.
Check all names, dates, locations, colors, quantities, and your delivery address before approval. Production begins after approval, so personalized products cannot normally be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Event dates matter. If your celebration is less than four weeks away, contact us before ordering so we can review the timeline with you.
