Shipping policy
Every order is made to order, so your delivery date has three parts: proof, production, and transit.
Proof
You receive a digital design proof within 3 business days of ordering. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for as many revisions as you need.
Production
Production takes 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Our Rush Production add-on shortens this to 3 business days.
Shipping methods and rates
- Tracked international shipping - 7 to 14 business days. $25 to $80, calculated by weight at checkout.
- Express tracked international shipping - 5 to 8 business days. $100 flat.
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Total delivery time
From order to doorstep is typically 15 to 24 business days, or about 3 to 5 calendar weeks with standard shipping.
Ordering for a wedding or event
Order at least one month before your event date, and allow 6 weeks if you can. Standard delivery runs 15 to 24 business days in total, so a four-week window leaves very little margin. If your date is sooner than that, email us at info@momentkeepsgift.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. A needed-by date helps us plan, but it is not a guaranteed carrier delivery date.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to 79 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and the European Union. Available destinations, methods, and exact rates are confirmed at checkout.
Customs and import duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are set and collected by your own country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address changes
Contact us before your parcel is dispatched if your delivery address needs to change. Once an order has been fulfilled, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
If something goes wrong
Because each item is made for you, personalized products cannot normally be returned once you approve your proof. If your order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, send us a photo at info@momentkeepsgift.com within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you in full. You can request revisions or cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. See our Refund policy for full details.
