Can I cancel my custom order?
Yes. You may request revisions or cancel for a full refund at any time before approving your digital proof. Once you approve the proof, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or returned unless it arrives damaged or does not match the approved design.

How soon will I receive a proof?
A digital preview is normally sent within 3 business days after we receive the complete order details and reference images.
What photo works best?
Choose a bright, clear photograph where the main subject is easy to see. A sharp, well-lit image with minimal obstruction gives us the best reference for your custom artwork.
What is the minimum order?
Both our 3mm Standard and 5mm Premium acrylic magnet packages start at 10 pieces.
Is the displayed price for one magnet or the complete package?
The price shown after you select a quantity is the total for one complete package. The cart quantity stays at 1 because one cart item represents the full package you selected.
What is the difference between 3mm and 5mm acrylic?
3mm Standard is approximately 6 cm wide, uses an 8 x 12 cm backing card, and comes in a fixed square format with three illustration styles. 5mm Premium is approximately 7 cm wide, uses a 10.5 x 14.8 cm backing card, supports more shapes, and offers more artist-led customization.
Is custom artwork included in the package price?
The displayed 10-piece price includes the small-order artwork setup. Packages of 20 pieces or more include one custom artwork at no separate design charge. A second design or a major change of source image may require a separate quote.
Can I send my photographs after checkout?
Yes. On the product page, choose either Upload now or Send by email after checkout. If you choose email, include your order number so we can match the images to your order.
How far ahead should I order for a wedding or event?
Order at least one month before your needed delivery date, and allow six weeks when possible. Proofing and approval happen before 5–7 business days of production, followed by shipping. Complex artwork, revisions, and international delivery can need more time, so contact us before ordering if your deadline is close.
How are my photographs used?
Your reference photographs are used to create and fulfill your custom order. We do not use customer photographs in public examples without permission. See our Privacy Policy or contact us for a request related to your submitted files.
How long does production take, and do you offer rush production?
Production usually takes 5–7 business days after you approve your digital proof. The Rush Production add-on shortens production to about 3 business days. Proofing, revisions, and shipping time are additional.
What shipping methods, delivery times, and rates do you offer?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days and express shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on destination and conditions. Exact methods, rates, and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Transit follows proof approval and production, and tracking is provided when the selected carrier service supports it.
Do you ship internationally, and are customs duties included?
We ship to the international destinations currently available at checkout. Enter the delivery country and address to see current methods, rates, and estimates. Import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country unless they are collected at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or does not match my approved proof?
Contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or does not match the proof you approved. We will reprint it or refund you in full.
