What kind of photograph should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit image with the main building, couple, pet, or place easy to see. You can upload up to five reference images on the product page.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. A free digital proof is sent within 3 business days. Please check every name, date, location, and design detail carefully. Production begins only after your approval.
Is custom artwork included in the package price?
The 10-piece package includes the small-order artwork setup in its displayed total. Packages of 20 pieces or more include one complimentary custom artwork. Additional designs or source images are quoted separately.
How early should I order for my wedding?
We recommend ordering at least one month before your expected delivery date. This leaves time for the proof, approval, production, shipping, and any requested adjustments.
