3mm Watercolor Wedding Magnet Examples

Browse finished 3mm acrylic wedding magnet examples based on venues, landscapes, and meaningful places. This collection brings together watercolor-style and photo-led designs so you can compare the subject, card layout, wording, and finished presentation before choosing your own direction.

What these 3mm examples show

The gallery includes Playa Del Carmen, Dubrovnik, Bingham Riverhouse, Banff Lake, a barn venue, Glacier National Park, a cruise celebration, Georgetown, and a three-image Skytop Lodge set. The subjects vary, but each design keeps one main scene easy to recognize at magnet size.

The Skytop set also shows the same design on its backing card, on a refrigerator, and prepared as a batch. Read the Skytop Lodge wedding magnet case study for a closer look at the illustration, wording, card, and order presentation.

Choose a clear scene and a readable layout

A bright photograph with one clear subject gives the artwork a useful starting point. For buildings, show the front, entrance, roofline, or landscape feature you most want guests to remember. For a destination scene, identify the lake, coast, mountain, or vessel that should remain central.

Names and a date can stay on the magnet when the composition has room. Longer thank-you wording belongs on the backing card, where it remains readable without competing with the illustration. See our venue photo guide and wedding favor wording examples before preparing your brief.

When the 3mm format fits

The 3mm Standard format is approximately 6 cm wide and uses an 8 x 12 cm backing card. Its compact square format is practical for larger guest counts and favors where the scene, names, and date can be simplified into one clear composition.

Compare it with the more substantial custom-shape option in our 5mm wedding magnet examples, or use the 3mm vs 5mm acrylic guide for a direct format comparison.
